It seems to have summed together the 6 audio streams from the source and mixed them in to the first 2 channels of the output and left the remaining 6 empty. I thought this worked, because the output file had 8 audio streams, however I brought it in to editing software and discovered that unfortunately it actually had only 2 streams with any audio in them and the audio was clipping. I did so using ffmpeg -i input.mxf -vcodec copy -acodec copy -map 0 -timecode "09:59:30:00" output.mxf The timecode is incorrect on the file and I want to fix it. It must match particular specifications, which state it must have 6 audio streams and 2 empty ones to total 8. I have a video file with 8 audio streams.
